2. Trumpai

  • GeoDuel veikia be paskyros. Pažanga saugoma tik tavo įrenginyje.
  • Jokios analitikos ir jokio sekimo svetainėje bei naršyklės žaidime. iPhone programėlė retkarčiais rodo reklamą per Google AdMob (žr. 7 skyrių); ją išjungia vienkartinis pirkinys „Be reklamų“ arba Pro.
  • Jei pats nusprendi prisijungti, saugome tavo el. pašto adresą ir žaidimo pažangą, kad ją matytum telefone ir naršyklėje.

3. Duomenys įrenginyje (be paskyros)

Žaidimas saugo tavo įrenginyje: vardą ir šalį, kuriuos pats įvedi, pasirinktą nuotrauką, XP, lygį, rekordus, paskutinių žaidimų sąrašą, pasiekimus ir pristabdytą žaidimą. Šie duomenys niekur nesiunčiami. Juos ištrini pašalindamas programėlę arba išvalydamas naršyklės duomenis.

Neprisijungus nuotrauka niekada nepalieka įrenginio.

4. Paskyra (jei prisijungi)

Prisijungimas yra pasirinktinis. Jį pasirinkus tvarkome:

  • El. pašto adresą ir slaptažodį (slaptažodis saugomas tik maišos pavidalu), kad atpažintume tavo paskyrą.
  • Žaidimo pažangą (vardas, šalis, XP, rezultatai, pasiekimai, kosmetika, žaidimo piniginė, kelionės progresas), kad ta pati pažanga rodytųsi visuose tavo įrenginiuose.
  • Profilio nuotrauką, jei ją pasirenki būdamas prisijungęs: ji įkeliama į mūsų saugyklą ir rodoma draugams, lyderių lentelėje ir dvikovose. Pasirinkęs piešinį vietoj nuotraukos arba ištrynęs paskyrą, nuotrauką pašalini.
  • Žinutes draugams (chat'as ir žinutės prie iššūkių), matomas tik tau ir gavėjui; senos žinutės ir mačai serveryje periodiškai trinami.
  • Draugų kodą, kurį programėlė sukuria automatiškai, kad draugai galėtų tave rasti.
  • Techninius prisijungimo įrašus (laikas, IP adresas), kuriuos autentifikacijos paslauga kaupia saugumui.

Teisinis pagrindas: sutarties vykdymas (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.), nes be šių duomenų paskyros funkcija neveikia.

Duomenis saugo mūsų duomenų tvarkytojas Supabase Inc. Europos Sąjungos duomenų centre (Airija). Registruojantis jokių laiškų nesiunčiame.

Paskyros ištrynimas. Programėlėje: Nustatymai → Ištrinti paskyrą. Tai iš karto ir visam laikui pašalina el. paštą, profilį debesyje, draugus ir iššūkius. Tą patį padarome ir tavo prašymu el. paštu per 30 dienų. Telefone esantys duomenys lieka, kol juos ištrini pats.

5. Lyderių lentelė, draugai ir iššūkiai

Prisijungusiems žaidėjams rodoma bendra lyderių lentelė. Joje matomas tik vardas, šalis, avataras, lygis, XP, žvaigždutės, dvikovos rekordas, rėmelis ir Pro ženkliukas. El. paštas niekada nerodomas. Nustatymuose gali pasitraukti iš viešos lentelės ir likti tik draugų lentelėje.

Draugo kodas ir vardas matomi tiems, kam juos pats parodai. Iššūkių rezultatai, statymai žaidimo pinigais, žinutės ir emoji matomi abiem žaidėjams; draugai mato, ar buvai prisijungęs per paskutines minutes.

6. Pirkiniai

GeoDuel Pro, „Be reklamų“ ir pradinis rinkinys yra vienkartiniai pirkiniai per Apple App Store. Mokėjimą apdoroja Apple: mes negauname nei kortelės, nei banko duomenų, tik patvirtinimą, kad pirkinys įvyko. Naršyklėje pirkinių nėra; telefone nupirktas Pro pasiekiamas per paskyrą.

7. Reklama iPhone programėlėje

iPhone programėlė po kelių sužaistų žaidimų parodo reklamą, o už boosterį gali savo noru pažiūrėti apdovanojamą reklamą. Reklamas teikia Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). Prašome tik neasmeninių reklamų. Tam, kad reklama būtų parodyta, Google gauna įrenginio identifikatorių, IP adresą ir techninius įrenginio duomenis; jei iOS sekimo užklausoje sutinki, ir reklamos identifikatorių (IDFA). Sutikti nebūtina: atsisakius žaidimas veikia lygiai taip pat. Teisinis pagrindas: sutikimas (sekimui) ir teisėtas interesas išlaikyti žaidimą nemokamą (neasmeninei reklamai). Reklamas visam laikui išjungia pirkinys „Be reklamų“ arba Pro. Kaip Google tvarko duomenis: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Klaidų ataskaitos. Jei programėlė užlūžta, į mūsų Supabase duomenų bazę išsiunčiamas klaidos tekstas, programėlės versija ir įrenginio tipas, be vardo ar el. pašto. Tai reikalinga klaidoms taisyti (teisėtas interesas).

Pranešimai. Priminimai apie dienos iššūkį kuriami pačiame telefone. Jei leidi pranešimus ir esi prisijungęs, saugome tavo įrenginio push žetoną, kad praneštume apie draugo iššūkį; jį ištrini išjungęs pranešimus arba paskyrą.

8. Duomenys naršyklėje

Žaidimas naršyklėje naudoja tik techninę vietinę saugyklą (localStorage) pažangai ir kalbos pasirinkimui. Sekimo slapukų nėra. Svetainę talpina Vercel Inc.; šriftus ikonoms teikia Google Fonts, kuri tam gauna tavo IP adresą (teisėtas interesas rodyti sąsają).

9. Kam neperduodame

Duomenų neparduodame. Reklamos tinklui perduodame tik 7 skyriuje nurodytus techninius duomenis. Kitiems perduodame tik aukščiau nurodytiems tvarkytojams, kiek reikia paslaugai veikti, ir valstybės institucijoms, kai to reikalauja teisė.

10. Vaikai

Žaidimas tinka visiems. Paskyros kurti nereikia, o jaunesniems nei 14 metų prisijungti rekomenduojame tik su tėvų sutikimu.

11. Tavo teisės

Turi teisę susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti tvarkymą, perkelti ir nesutikti. Rašyk mbrevtech@gmail.com. Atsakome per 30 dienų. Skundą gali pateikti Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (vdai.lrv.lt).

12. Duomenų šaltinis žaidime

Šalių rodikliai yra Pasaulio banko atvirieji duomenys (CC BY 4.0). Tai vieši statistiniai duomenys, ne asmens duomenys.

13. Pakeitimai

Pasikeitus politikai, naują versiją skelbiame šiame puslapyje su nauja galiojimo data.

2. In short

  • GeoDuel works without an account. Progress is stored only on your device.
  • No analytics and no tracking on the website or in the browser game. The iPhone app occasionally shows an ad through Google AdMob (see section 7); the one-time “No ads” purchase or Pro switches it off.
  • If you choose to sign in, we store your email address and game progress so it shows on your phone and in the browser.

3. Data on your device (no account)

The game keeps on your device: the name and country you enter, the photo you pick, XP, level, records, recent runs, achievements and a paused game. None of it is sent anywhere. Delete it by removing the app or clearing browser data.

Without an account, your photo never leaves the device.

4. Account (if you sign in)

Signing in is optional. If you do, we process:

  • Your email address and password (the password is stored only as a hash), to identify your account.
  • Game progress (name, country, XP, results, achievements, cosmetics, game wallet, journey progress), so the same progress appears on all your devices.
  • Profile photo, if you pick one while signed in: it is uploaded to our storage and shown to friends, on the leaderboard and in duels. Choosing a drawn avatar instead, or deleting the account, removes it.
  • Messages to friends (chat and challenge messages), visible only to you and the recipient; old messages and matches are pruned on the server periodically.
  • A friend code, generated by the app, so friends can find you.
  • Technical sign-in records (time, IP address) kept by the authentication service for security.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), since the account feature cannot work without this data.

Data is stored by our processor Supabase Inc. in a European Union data centre (Ireland). No emails are sent when you sign up.

Deleting your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes the email, cloud profile, friends and challenges. We do the same on request by email within 30 days. Data on the phone stays until you erase it yourself.

5. Leaderboard, friends and challenges

Signed-in players see a shared leaderboard. It shows only name, country, avatar, level, XP, stars, best duel, frame and the Pro badge. The email address is never shown. In Settings you can leave the public board and stay on the friends board only.

Your friend code and name are visible to those you show them to. Challenge results, game-money stakes, messages and emoji are visible to both players; friends can see whether you were online in the last few minutes.

6. Purchases

GeoDuel Pro, “No ads” and the starter pack are one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment: we never see card or bank details, only confirmation that a purchase happened. There are no purchases in the browser; Pro bought on the phone is available through the account.

7. Ads in the iPhone app

The iPhone app shows an ad after a few finished games, and you may choose to watch a rewarded ad for a booster. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). We request non-personalised ads only. To serve an ad, Google receives a device identifier, your IP address and technical device data; if you accept the iOS tracking prompt, also the advertising identifier (IDFA). You do not have to accept: the game plays exactly the same if you decline. Legal basis: consent (for tracking) and our legitimate interest in keeping the game free (for non-personalised ads). The “No ads” purchase or Pro switches ads off permanently. How Google handles this data: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Crash reports. If the app crashes, the error text, app version and device type are sent to our Supabase database, without your name or email. This is needed to fix bugs (legitimate interest).

Notifications. Daily challenge reminders are scheduled on the phone itself. If you allow notifications and are signed in, we store your device push token to tell you about a friend’s challenge; it is removed when you turn notifications off or delete the account.

8. Data in the browser

The browser game uses only technical local storage (localStorage) for progress and language choice. There are no tracking cookies. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; icon fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that purpose (legitimate interest in rendering the interface).

9. Who we do not share with

We do not sell data. The ad network receives only the technical data listed in section 7. Otherwise we share only with the processors named above, as far as needed to run the service, and with authorities when the law requires it.

10. Children

The game is suitable for everyone. No account is required, and we recommend that players under 14 sign in only with a parent's consent.

11. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to mbrevtech@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

12. Data source in the game

Country measures come from World Bank Open Data (CC BY 4.0). That is public statistics, not personal data.

13. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
